Hello, I have an 04 base that I’ve been modding for a while and I’m wanting to make some more interior changes. I’d like to swap out the door panels to the 07-08 black type s panels but I’m getting different answers on the fitment. Some say they’ll fit and some they’re a different design and won’t fit. Does anyone have a definitive answer on if the type s panels will fit on my base? Thanks in advance!

Yeah, that’s exactly what I said to the guy selling them but he insisted that they’re designed completely different

 

sometimes, you gotta know when to fold em...if you're getting such pushback with cashmoney in your hands, probably not worth buying them from that individual.

 

Fair enough. I think it’s possible though he was just saying that the style design was completely different and not necessarily the actual fit, which I’m inclined to think because you and a few others said the same thing about the fitment, as it’s literally the same car. He had good prices though and I got all 4 door panels from him with low cost on shipping so I pulled the trigger. Hope it works out!
