I just realized there were two, a large and a small. Is this from a MKIV Supra? If it's the stock sequential twins it's not going to work well at all.

Trust me, you're not going to like that turbo. Remember, this was a sequential twin turbo setup where the little one is used for good response and then the big one comes online later. The problem is the big one will be a bit laggy and at the same time it's not going to make great power up top because it's still small by today's standards and chances are the AR is too high since it's designed to work with the small turbo. Turbo technology has made huge leaps since the '90s. You can get a turbo that makes much more power while spooling quicker, less back pressure, lower charge air temps, just all around better in every way.

I don't want to discourage you to try it, I think you should but don't be disappointed. I remember those Supras making 400whp with stock twins and some almost touching 500whp but that was really pushing them and was not reliable (for the turbos). I'm not sure if the small turbo is still contributing once it's at full power. If that's the case I wouldn't expect much more than 325-350whp out of just the large one. As best as I remember both turbos are used at full power while the large one sits idle or in pre spool more during driving and spool up. The last time I looked at a stock Supra setup was in the late '90s/early '00 so take it for what it's worth.

I see what u mean. I'm not going with a twin turbo set up... this was just the turbos he had sitting around.. the bigger one is the supra one and the small one is a garrett dont know what car its from??? this is my daily driver so im only looking to hit 400hp... max...............maybe
