How to find a good shop?

I am having trouble finding decent places to install parts such as new springs. Are there any good chains to look for or what? The yellow pages is coming up with a lot of places to get your oil or brake pads changed and that is about it. How about chain tire stores that carry good tires like toyo or pirelli?

I had/have the same problem, that is why I just went out bought about 300 dollars in tools, read the DIY section on here and installed my own mods. I will be installing the a-spec in about three weeks. I have done the AEM CAI, and many other mods my self. I wish I knew how to weld because I would build my own exhaust.
