High-End Wiper Blades

Anybody have any experience or opinions on the
Valeo® or PIAA Sporza wiper blades that TireRack sells?

I'm willing to spring for these if they are really great. I have
tried a few different brands and cannot get good wiping
in all conditions - especially light misting with RainGel on
the windows.

My wife's MB ML350 does great in all conditions. I am
convinced the glass itself has something to do with it.
Her blade is OEM with a spoiler, but is near perfect
in all conditions.

I find that in light mist, especially at night, the TL gets
a smeary light coating that I can't overcome no matter
how I clean and prep the window. Very annoying at night.
Heavy rain - no problems.

Anythoughts on these blades and if they might help?

I have the Sporza carbon fiber ones from PIAA. I have to say they're great. However my driver one skips over the glass, I'm not sure why that happens. I believe I paid $45 for them from pepboys, cheapest I found on the net, better than TR by a few bucks.

However it said to replace the blades every year, for $45 I had hoped that it would last more than 1 year. I also use RainX on my windshield and that really helps when I'm driving and the water just slips off the glass. Good luck with these. Btw, if you do a search on SPORZA, you'll find a thread that already discussed this topic.

I highly recommend the PIAA wiper blades as well. Heres an ol' thread about these wipers.
