Help needed.
I got my P2R throttlebody spacer from Excelerate today and I started to install it today. The install with relatively smooth and it was no sweat. Here's my problem, when my car is running with the spacer installed, the motor is idling higher than normal ... which only means one thing ... there's an air leak. All the bolts are tight, hose clamp on the stock intake is fastened tight. The only thing that I can think of is that white plastic bolt, it has about 2 threads exposed. Should I tighten it down all the way? Or does having it in 90% give the full seal?
Any help would be appreciated.

hm...keep us posted on how that turns out for ya. I've heard a lot of good things about those spacers, but then again I've heard a few cons. Something about stripping...something in something in the engine somewhere...rofl sorry...err...where those thermospacers?
how much was it btw?

$125 shipped paypal. I got everything figured out.
One of the problems shortly after installing it was the engine was revving and the emissions indicator was going on. After redoing the installation, the emissions indicator was still on ... talked to a few people and they recommended taking off the negative battery terminal to reset the computer. Sure enough, the indicator turned off. You can't really notice 5hp ... but I'm sure when my Fujita comes ... 12 hp will be noticable
