Help a brother out with his exhaust!!!

OK as some of you may know, I'm going with a custom exhaust setup with Skunk2 mufflers and an Aero AR25 resonator.

NO SHOPS in IL offer mandrel bent 304 stainless steel pipes. I've called every performance shop and exhaust guy in the entire Chicagoland area.

This is what I was thinking:

Can someone on AZ (who has access to a shop that can mandrel bend 304 SS) help me out? It would be SWEEEEEET if someone could take their 3G to a shop, throw it on a lift, get the shop to replicate the bends (ONLY THE BENDS) with 2.5" stainless as well as a 2.5" in 2.25" out y pipe and mail it to me.

I figure the shops around here could TIG weld straight pipe without a problem.

If someone already has their stock exhaust laying around, this would be easier!! I'm in desperate need of this now... if you think you could help me out, I'd obviously cover all the costs and maybe a little extra. We can work out the details thru email.

Thanks for reading

We have full stock on most of these items. Vibrant only sells UJ bends but you can get a couple of them and we have hte straight tubing also. If you happen to need it you can purchase it right on our webstore at store.excelerateperformance.com

UJ pipes from Vibrant might be the way to go if no one on here can help out.

I got a buddy in Dallas that has access to a SS mandrel bender but no 3g TL. Any 3G owners in Dallas?

Pimp. I'll look around. Anyone know what the required bends are?

I'll need the bend between the factory res and mid muffler... are those 2 45deg bends? What would you guys recommend for the Y pipe portion? Then going into the mufflers, should I get 90deg bends?

Any recommendations on wall thickness? schedule 5? thinner?

ok it is straigth from the cat to about 1.5 feet behind the y pipe, there is like a slight bend, which can be made by cutting a U bend...

pretty much get like 5 u bends and ur done... the U is 180 degrees... so you can make anything out of it...

^ Hmm... there isn't a whole lot of 2.25" piping needed though...

Price is generally the same everywhere, it's shipping cost you have to account for, he linked me there for a U bend I needed I believe it was $13 + shipping

When I built my exhaust, I got all my piping here:

http://www.mandrelbendingsolutions.com

Not sure how they compare price wise but they are super quick shipping.

Shops around here only have UJ pipes...
I bought Skunk2 universal mufflers with tips... so no, not keeping the stock tips.
