Help.......

i have a 05 tl and i bought the type s computer and transmission to install on the 3.2 for now untill i get the motor, am i gona have any problems ? is it just plug n play ? ami gona have to reprogram the key to start the car??thanx all advice is greatly appreciated ..

So you have the ECU and what Im assuming is an automatic tranny from a 3G Type S?

The tranny's are different from the 05s and the 07-08.

You're going to run an ECU that's programmed to work with variables from a different engine entirely. I would expect there to be problems.

good luck.

buying ECU + transmission for different year and trim combined with clearly not doing research ahead of time is a recipe for a great youtube video full of explosions.

take it back unless you are working on some super duper, top secret, no one can see, get the fk out project.
