I like it! Doesn't sound loud, nice and reserved when idling but a nice deep tone when punched.

stromung FTW.
Did you even see/listen to the clips? I'm guessing you put your money down on ATLP and feel bad, because to me it sounded almost the same.

My only criticism for this setup is that the 2.5" piping isn't stainless steel, but nothing that can't be fixed, prolly just shell out a few extra bucks to get it done and I recommend stainless for all of us who have to track our cars through the winter season (snow and salt). Last thing you want is rust.

Ed if you don't mind, post the part numbers on those Magnoflow Mufflers for us people who want to get it done locally. I might get it done down here or when I get back to NY, don't know yet.

I'm gonna try and get the part #'s tomorrow, but you better check with an exhaust shop on how much its gonna cost for the labor and the mandrel bends. This guy was the cheapest I've found and did the best work i've seen.

Actually, the one that you had wasn't the final version. The final version is going to be slanted to align with the bumper, somewhat.

It definitely sounds way better in person, almost like an exotic car. Yeah, i'm very happy with it. I've gotten pretty good feedback except for the occasional hater. Definitely hit me up when you're in town and I'll meet up.

It looks and sounds very good. Nice ride but please remove the license plate frame since it's not a Type-S. You don't want it to be something that its not.

Damn guys...sick setup. I think I might have had my Flowmasters done by the same shop for my ranger way back in the day... If I still lived in Ft. Laudy I would definitely think of hooking up that setup. Nice work.

I love the tips. I want to get a pair and have them welded on my Excelerate exhaust! Any chance you could call the shop and get info/part numbers? Thanks!

So I heard this today, and it very nice. It definitely sounds better than any greddy exhaust and has an exotic tone. Sounds great! Good Job eddie.

sounds good, but it kinda sounds like an american car now??? i don't know if that's a good thing or not? i know custom exhausts are cheaper, but how do they compare in hp/performance to the name brand stuff? you gonna get any dyno's in?

It definitely does not sound like an American car. If anything, it sounds like an exotic car. When it comes to performance compared to the name brands, it has to be similar. They all have mandrel bends, they all have 2.5" pipe back to a y then split off into 2.25" pipe. If anything, the custom exhaust has a nice y pipe which looks like it flows better than the name brands which just merge two pipes together. I would do some dyno pulls but i didn't do any before pulls.

If you think this sounds AMERICAN.. then you're in for a surprise with the others sold on here, because it sounds practically the same.

Name brand? Umm.. correct me if I'm wrong.. Magnaflow isn't any backyard exhaust. So I don't get this at all. If in namebrand you are referring to ATLP, and XLR8, they are basically rebranded exhaust setups, do some research and you'll see what I'm talking about. I heard it, and I think its up to par with many of the exhausts sold on this forum and I wouldn't doubt the gains would be similar since most of the components are the same.

Is there any way you can get the specs on the exhaust setup so I could get it done up here?
