i cant really say because i never had a race/test pipe in there. I was weary about emissions and the smell too bc like i said the tl is my DD that i put ~1000 miles a week so i went for the HF 3rd cat. Smell isnt bad at all...only really noticable at WOT. As far as emissions go, will deal with that when time comes...lol (11/2010)

shit me too... then... hmmm... i'll just get the precats first then... if the smell is making my passengers cry then more money down the tubes on a aftermarket 3rd cat... Don't know if i'm gonna like that though... having a free flow to a restricted "hiflow"... Thanks! How much that third cat run you if you don't mind? Or you can PM me..

$325, obviously its a lot more expensive than the straight pipes but i believe it is a 300cell cat which isnt that restrictive. I say "i believe" because there was a discussion a while back whether it was a 200cell or 300cell...i dont exactly know though? But ATLP has them in stock as far as i know.

If I had $1000 and your car I would do the following:

Progress RSB
http://store.excelerateperformance.c.../i-225595.aspx

AEM V2

http://store.excelerateperformance.c...c/i-47067.aspx

UR Stock Size pulley

http://store.excelerateperformance.c.../i-220260.aspx

J-pipe

http://store.excelerateperformance.c.../i-236895.aspx

Those are the best performance mods, bang for the buck. You're a little over $1k though.
