Fujita CAI; bypass value

SOOO I was looking under the hood last night to make sure the filter was holding up and I came across a tiny little filter in the back end of the throttle body; I REMEMBERED SMELLING coolant a while back when I had my Short Ram installed for the first time (a year and a half ago?). Looks like it was some sort of line that originally came from the stock air box...which then of course confuses me...what line would EVER come out of the air box...I definitely remember them rerouting one of the lines; look like they replaced it with a tiny little filter. Think it's a bypass value maybe? say if the stock box were ever to suck in water? ...BUT why would there be coolant?....................it's that TINY little value RIGHT behind the cover on the throttle body...

ANYONE know what I'm talking about?!

Eric (Thanks!!!)

ehh, from your description i cannot even begin to figure out what you're trying to describe, can you post a pic? If you're smelling coolant, 1) i'd probably check the levels of that 2) get a pic up ASAP .. LOL

a bit redundant but it'll help ppl figure out what your problem is.
