Fuel Pressure Regulator?

I asked this in another part of the forum and nobody seems to know. I often see folks telling other members, they could have a problem with the fuel pressure regulator and things like that. I know it's in the tank with the pump as it's a returnless system and that's how they work.

All I'm trying to figure out is, if I buy the entire fuel pump assembly like this:
Attachment 107346

Does that have the new regulator in it, or is the regulator itself a separately ordered part? Thanks in advance

Got ya. So when people say they crushed the fuel pressure regulator, they are removing a piece from the actual fuel pump assembly in that picture?

I'm taking the supercharger kit off of mine and don't know if it had a crushed fpr or not, but I just figure I'll do a new pump assembly so I get a good fuel pump and was hoping it includes a regulator so I can have it at stock fuel psi. That's why I was asking. If not, I need to locate a stock regulator I suppose...just wasn't sure if it was included in that entire assembly.

Yes, the FPR is located at the bottom of the carriage and is black in color. It is purchasable for ~112.00 + shipping or possible a few dollars cheaper at another dealer.

That is literally exactly the type of diagram I have been looking for. Thank you so much!
