Thought I'd share my mods. I have RV6 pcd, ATLP V2-R Jpipe, and custom 3" exhaust with no mufflers. The car was extremely loud, the kids in the neighborhood would jump when I started it (kinda funny). But too loud being n/a so I added a vibrant ultra quiet resonator. Car feels pretty quick after my etune, I trapped 109mph at the quarter mile. Car sounds ridiculous at wot but there is a lot of rasp under 3500 rpms and between shifts. I just purchased some mufflers from P2Racing to calm down all that rasp. Overall if I did it again I would have gotten mufflers from the get go. I didn't get the 3.7L IM because I plan to boost next year and that IM won't hold up. My next mods will be a new clutch, pistons and valve springs in preparations for turbo.

why wouldn't the 3.7 manifold hold up? I know more than a couple boosted people that have it

I been talking to Aaron at English Racing, he said it will break on high boost so I am going to get the Holley IM instead.

That is true but it depends on how much boost youre going to run. Anything over 9psi, internals and upgraded valvetrain is necessary. Also it seems you didn't mention the ZDX throttle body or ported and polished lower intake runners, those would def squeeze out a few more ponies all motor. With the Holley intake manifold you're most likely going to have to cut and reattach the area that connects to the intake because it has a downward angle

I will be getting the ported runners and ZDX TB. I am keeping the stock IM until I would benefit from a different IM.

No need to be sorry. You say you're e-tuned. Are you running Flashpro? Are you 6MT or auto? I have to say, the 3.7 SHAWD manifold, bored ZDX throttle body, 4" intake and Flashpro added killer top end to my car. Vit Viper nailed down my street tune after a good 20-25 logs. Prior to that, I just had an AEM CAI, UR pulley, RV6 HFPC, XLR8 J pipe/catback. I was trapping around 100 mph before the 3.7 top swap/Flashpro, then 103-104 mph afterwards. Was probably making around 265-270 whp although I never dynoed. I did have some weight reduction, so the car only weighed around 3300.

Yes I'm running flashpro and 6MT. If I wasn't doing anything else to the car I would have gone to the 3.7L im. Mine took about the same number of logs.
