Install a 2 step? Or just gun it and stay on the rev limiter. Pull a plug wire or two and rev it?

No it will not. You will need a full catless exhaust to maybe get the sound you are talking about.

What the hell is a 2-step??
I'm guessing its a form of midwestern dance.

2 step rev limiter... so you can mash the gas and have a launch point, then your actual rev limiter. Sounds like BRRRRAAPPP BRRRRAAAPPP BRRRAAAAPPP or a bad misfire but not harmful.
