I know this subjects been beaten to death and Im not trying to be a noob, BUT is there anyone around the new jersey around that knows of a shop that will not charge me 100 dollars to removed my 3rd muffler. Got three quotes by midas mineke and such 90-110 not what i'm looking to spend.

 

don't take ur car to those places they will charge u an arm and leg..

 

yeah i kinda laughed when he said 100 then i was like 40? he said nothing less than 90 so i took car and left.

 

lol 100 bucks for 20 mins is way too much

 

any "performance" muffler shop should do it for 40 bucks.

To you it is a waste of money but to other people it's not.

 

Any place similar to a dealer is going to charge you a minimum of 1 hr and the going rate is between 90-100 dollars.

Like everyone said, you would be better off finding a small shop that might charge by the 1/2 hour or less.

no the 3rd muffler after the res. We also have three cats, but that ones already been deleted with the race pipe by xlr8
