I have a 2004 TL 6 speed with factory brembos..
Are these the correct part numbers I need for all four slotted disc brakes? I didn't realize that the rears for auto's and 6speeds were the same.

Correct, those are the part #'s you need. Yes they will work very well with Hawk HPS pads.
