egr block off
The big question is what do you expect to gain from it? Most cars add timing whenever the EGR is in use. Disabling it will lead to pinging. Unless you can alter the timing or plan on running 100 octane all the time it's a bad idea.

Very nice Inaccurate ^^^^ So it's pretty much a machined spacer, with a small filter attached?? I'm pretty good on a mill and still close to my machine shop teacher from high school.. I'm thinking about fabbing one of these up.

Again, what do you expect to gain? You're aware that the EGR is not used at WOT, right? There's a great potential of pinging at part throttle with it blocked off. This is a mod I would do if I were going to the track on race gas and looking for every last hp.
I just read the thread over on the other site. According to Paul and everyone involved, this is supposed to help with the carbon buildup on the intake?
They don't appear to be blocking it off, instead feeding it with cool air?

Here is a EGR bypass with the Air Intake option.
I run the EGR bypass made by NVA-AV6. It's been on for 8 months with no problems and no CEL. I added it, along with 2 oil catch cans to keep the crap out of the Intake mani and cylinder heads, not for performance gain.
However, I still would not do it on an 11:1 TL without changing the timing maps.
Think about everytime someone posts about a pinging issue. The first thing that is brought up is clogged EGR passages.
Revival... Has anyone done this? I was just browsing around and found this: http://www.corsportusa.com/store/cat...oducts_id=1922
Are there really any gains from it?
