Dyno on 19's?

did some searching but was able to find much so here is the question...

when i did my 1st dyno, it was on the stock 17's...
i now have 19's for the summer and was hoping to get a dyno after my mods and am wondering on the following...

because the 5+lbs per tire (bigger rims) would the dyno be impacted in the HP/TQ #'s?

thanks in advance

the larger wheels will cause a slight drop in HP because 1. they are heavier and 2. it's "moment of Inertia" is larger since the weight is much farther from the center of the wheel.
