DIY for Brembo Slotted Rotors? Brake Pads?
My rotors are beginning to warp, so I'm planning to upgrade my braking.
I have a 06 TL MBP 6-SPEED.
Would you guys recommend putting some Brembo Slotted Rotors? And HAWK Performance brakes?
Would that setup fit, or should I add some Brembo pads to match?
-Any comments or suggestions would help. Thanks. -STEPHEN

That setup should fit. I personally have Rotora slotted rotors and matching Rotora H2 ceramic pads. I don't remember who has brembo rotors but people here use the hawk pads with good results.

I too am using Rotora Slotted (not X drilled) with H2 Ceramic Pads (Both are Rotora products). They seem to be working out very well for me and I have had them over 18 months. I just wished I got the rears at the same time. Rears next, same deal, Rotora Slotted with H2 pads. Sorry, don't know who you can buy them from, I got them by an employee at Rotora.

You can buy Rotora from Josh at www.Excellerateperformace.com. Josh is one of the site vendors so is Marcus at Www.Heeltoeauto.com, he has brakes also but not rotora IIRC.
