just curious if anyone had tried a couple very short bullet style mufflers or glasspacks with a resonated tip welded directly to them preferably ansa tips but hard to find and removing the rear resonator or maybe both , i am looking for better sound performance not really an issue . i like to do things on the cheap . i have heard baby glass packs with ansa tips befor on a small block chevy and it sounded great very crisp you would have sworn it was a very expensive borla system.

 

I haven't tried a glass pack on my ride. But I am seriously considering it.

 

I just did muffler delete and replaced it with a straight 2.25 pipe. Still too quite for me :/
