custom ehuast?

Question custom ehuast?

Could you do a intake and ehaust upgrade but keep the stock ehuast tips i like the way they look as opposed to round ones. or would that be too much money for something that little. Would that change the performannce of the exhaust? its just the tips afterall...

I guess you could but if you look inside the tips there is smaller holes where the exhaust comes out. the tip is just for looks.

its possible...its talked about many times on the forums....i don't know if anyone has done it yet and posted pictures, but if u take ur Stock Exhaust to an autobody shop...they can just weld them on for you

I believe velfarre did it, but 1 tip eventually fell off and I think he just took off the other one. More hassle than what it's worth.

and yup it fell off, sucks, but i had to deal with it, oh well

it wasnt a hassle, well not so much, i was doing the welding and had to get someone to make sure the tip lined up with the bumper...the mufflers and tips need a bit of work to get everything straight....was more difficult to readjust the mufflers witht eh magnaflow tips
