Question Correct Brake Pads, Non Type S question

Morning from Florida ladies and Gents,

I am looking for Brake pads, for my 2005 Acura TL 6 speed, but it's not the normal brakes. I came with Brembo 4 piston Calipers, what pads do I need, that will fit?
I don't want to order the wrong one? If you can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it, or a thread I missed. Also, what do you recommend if I want to step up in stopping power?
I do have cross drilled and slotted rotors that came with the car.

Thank you in Advance,

Thank you in Advance,
Don't get ceramic brakes for stopping power. I purchased Brembo Ceramic pads from TireRack and notice a drop in braking performance they are less dusty. Cross drilled and slotted rotors don't give you any really stopping advantage and with hard use can crack. I would recommend replacing the rotors with centric replacements from Rock Auto along with pad. Follow the bed in procedure and enjoy.

I have a set of rear pads from autozone that were used for 2 months before I pulled them do to my part out. I can send them your way if you want to cover shipping.

Plenty of threads talking about brake pad options out there. Your MT uses the same pads as a Type-S. You will need to figure out your balance regarding price, dust, initial bite, and durability since there are a stupid amount of variance of opinions here. If you search for CMAX, you generally will stumble upon the various pad threads since that is one of the well used options for those that put price, dust, and durability higher. Again...soooooooooooooo many options and opinions out there.

Here is a start

@breezy, I will get back to you on that after work. Is that the same shape as the ones in front look? instead of the normal oblong curve pads normally found for economy brake pads?
I'll PM you on the rear pads once I make a decision.

See the pads in this link? and how they look, that's what I need for the front Brembo 4 piston setup correct?

Not these oblong curved ones?
Amazon Amazon

I will jack the car up and check this weekend, just curious. I am about to help my parents change brakes and rotors on my moms 350z, and done pads like 5 times on other cars. Haven't on the TL as I just bought it last year.
