even if the pinouts match up, it might not tune the car right.... make sure you do everything pre/post dyno and you should get the HBP handy just to have in case the 4lbs pulley only makes like 2lbs (displacement difference)

I assumed the ACM wouldnt work, but it would be worth a try since it gets included with the blower.. If it doesnt, I was gonna go the route of a piggy-back management system. Still trying to figure out which one, but AEM F/IC seems to be the best bet for this car, eh?

Sorry to clog up your thread Josh, but if we can get closer to verifying this works on a type-s, You'll have a chance to sell quite a few of them!
definetely the fi/c works. i had mine tuned already, but i have some other issues that i have to wrinkle out before i reinstall it. a/f graph came out very flat, much more than either one of the greddy units gave me.

thats one thing im not 100% sure on either, but making a custom bracket will be cake. nothing that a piece of billet alum and a water jet cant take care of

This is probably the best idea. I've talked to Boosmlang and I can get them built for $219 for each harness for the M/T customers. It seems that the 04-06 is the same and that the ECU for the 07-08 TL and TL-S are the same also. Allon you can PM me and I can better for you for the first one.

I did talk to CT about this if we were going to do one. Obviously the M90 is the better option but of course it will require all new bracketry and different tuning. It would require a 30-40 kit initial buyin to get these made.

there might be a way for us to get it done, swap to an accord J30 ECU and then tune that like all the other twin turbo v6 accords. Only downsides would be 1. Loss of SS for automatics for sure, and maybe a loss of other systems like VSA. This is just a guess for now...

Suggestion

For all these computer needs has any one thought of piggy backing two computers. The stock one to run the transmission and the secondary one to run the A/F and timing. I seen it before on the Older Ford Lightning F150, were the stock computer ran the transmission and the engine was run using manual Mustang computer that is MAF metered. So all the inputs that are needed to the stuck were RPM,Speed, temp,TPS, if i remember correctly. Maybe something like this can be tried or put together for a Acura.. or maybe a custom MOTEC.
