Comptech Supercharger

Hello everyone,

I hope all is wel. I have an 06 TL, AEM CAI, Magnaflow Exhaust, Comptech Swaybar, Eibach Pro Kit Suspension & 19 inch Maya wheels. I love the car. However, I want it to go faster, much faster. I keep hearing about these super chargers, however, I know nothing about them. Can some one please provide me with a brief expalnation of a supercharger and what I should expect if I get one and how much is it going to cost, parts and labor and most important is it worth it. Plus if there is anything else I should get to make this car move.

Thanks,
CWR

if you have the money, on top of the supercharger, get the E-Shift Pro-Cats.

the charger will cost you around 4k + depending on where you live to install. I now Ryan97812 will install it for 400 which is a real good price! He is located in new jersey.

Here is a link with some useful info and some diagrams:

To see how superchargers work see this link:

By the way Comptech uses a modified Roots-type positive displacement pumps (supercharger or blower; whatever you want to call it).
