Comptech Exhaust performance all year round

I was thinking about getting a comptech exhaust system for my 05 auto TL. My only concerns are that some people say it is not good for everyday use. I only have one car and use it all the time and on the forum some say that the exhaust is not good in the winter either. I was looking for some feedback because it is an expensive mod and want to be sure it is good for my situation.

curious why would it not be good for the winter? all it does is change the exhaust sound. from what i've seen there was no performance gain from the exhaust(probably why it's not as popular a mod).

It would not make your car any different in the winter than it would be in the summer. It does not add much power and does not hang significantly lower. IT will not matter!

Gee, I think the only time you'd have any problems during winter is if your car is caught in a flood. But then you'd have other problems besides your exhaust. I'm planning to install the CT exhaust on my 05 AT. Once it goes on, it stays on. Unless I get caught in a flood.

The CT exhaust wont make any difference from stock in a flood. An CAI will be the only thing that wil make a difference in a flood.
