Comptech Exhaust On A Juiced 08 Tl Type S...Could it be???

Ok so after reading a million different things I figured I would give this a go. I had a Ctech system on my on my 2k3 and was happy with it. I called Ctech and they told me this has not been done and they werent even sure it would even work. That was more than enough incentive for me to try it. I was also told that you couldnt run N20 either..... I need to give give props to my boy Stillhere cuz he is the one who convinced me to drop a Grand on what was basically an experiment. The car sounds great. I am very happy with it. Tips are a little small in the holes but the cans fill the holes with all their polished fatness. its fine for what I need. I could care less either way about the single or dual outlets. Just gimme a classy deep sound. I have some pre cat deletes, Jpipe, and test pipe ordered so ill let you know how it sounds once I get those in. [IMG][/IMG]

Your ride is lookin' clean!

Just like me and stillhere, you need a base 3G rear lip for that exhaust.

I heard nothing but good things about your ride from Stillhere153; hope I can see it in action one day. Looks amazing man.

As for what princelybug said, if you are interested in an 04-06 rear bumper, I think I know someone who would be interested in trading with you, just would require a paint job on each bumper.

By the way, that somone would be me.

Clean...
You don't need the smaller lip... Looks great.

Consdier te ATLP quads?

Ride looks awesome. One detail you must address... You gotta pull the rear rotors and paint the hub black. Beautiful car, and my eye was immediately drawn to this in this shot.

YES, I do make promises as such when I guarantee fitment.... test me, and I will either confirm or completely deny

All I can say is WOW. Those comptechs are making a believer out of me. The more I look at these the more I want to get them. Comptech still holding it down with those nicely finished resonated tips.

and best part was... absolutely NO DRONE... it was a humble, sexxy zippy sound...

Anyone know how much this cat back weighs compared to stock?

Also, just to verify, this is Comptech Part Number 230-049?

Yeah, I'd like to know which Cat back weighs the least; GReddy, ATLP, Excellerate or Comptech.

I'd bank on just saying they all weigh about the same... I'd say no more than 2-5 lbs difference among them, with the heaviest section being the rear muffler/cans if you will

lighter than stock is a win win no?

Yeah car looks great, I would looove to see some 1/4 times/videos when this monster is complete.

What do all your guys do with your stock exhaust when replacing? Hang it up in the garage or what?
