The LED interior bulbs are a cheap mod. Four WLED-W6 bulbs for the front and rear dome lights, and two WLED-B6 bulbs for the doors.
The rear sway bar is $115 shipped; there's a group buy thread in the Black Market section.
After that, there's cold-air intakes from AEM or Injen ... ~$225.
You can get a Comptech short shifter is you have an MT and/or get a different shift knob, such as a Momo.

I think the A-spec suspension only mod is cheap at $600 for what you get. I got mine off E-Bay. It's way better than 6K for the entire kit. I put mine on myself it was way easier than I thought. the hardest part was taking out the rear seat.

aloso how low is the drop?, i live in the country and my main road is gravel, so i cant go to low.

Cheapest mod
Buy a set of door edge guards for $3.99 at Pep Boys (in chrome, or brushed nickel, or if you WDP, get white) and cut them to size to fit on the front lower grills- the 2 lower air intake vents (don't know the proper term) on the front bumper have a horizontal black trim that can accomodate a door edge guard. I have a ABP TL and I put chrome guards on it and it looks sharp. It breaks up the "blackness" of that area and really looks like it belongs there (unlike some mods IMO). Plus the chrome matches nicley with the chrome inserts on the corner signal lights.

When I hear cheap mods on a TL forum, it just doesn't ring right with me. I dont think they really exist, at least nothing that doesn't look too "chezzy" ( didn't want to say rice:P). I thought a good affordable mod would be the A-Spec coilovers too at $600 plus shipping. But recently I've come to the conclusion that my first "cheap" mod will be rotors and pads which will be about 3-400 together.
