Broke push rivets in wheel liner

I was installing my AEM CAI last weekend and everything went fine except for one little problem. I broke 3 of the push rivets inside the front drivers side wheel liner. I put a strip of duct tape on them for now to prevent water and dirt from going inside but would I be able to order more of these things?? ask the dealer? (just make sure not to mention the CAI...)

This wheel well liner was the only difficult thing I came across when doing the install. It was such a pain in the ass... but in part cause it was cold outside when I was doing it and I got frustrated.

Is the proper way to remove those just by prying up with a flat head screw driver?
