BBK - Am I crazy?
As the locals know, I am thinking about gettting a BBK system. However, I found out that most people just run them in the front. I am having a really hard time with that. For some reaon I think they should be on the front and back from a looks standpoint. Therefore, I am stuck. Will I get any benifits of having BBK's in the front and rear?
Thanks,
CWR

look at the brake dust buildup on your wheels. there's almost never any on the rear wheels; you won't be getting much of a benefit from changing the rear.

Yes, you're crazy. Why? Because you're deciding on brake upgrades based on aesthetics.
Aside from that, yeah, there are benefits of running a BBK in the rear. But you will have to buy a kit that is balanced from front to rear. Otherwise you will grab too much in the rear, lock up the brakes, putting all of the braking duty on the front brakes only... which will effectively increase your braking distance.
