FYI: Luk Clutch set is $186 shipped on Amazon. Or you can buy the same parts in a Honda box for more. The LUK flywheel costs about $265 on most sites though some are as low as $230.

No matter which set you buy, just make sure the self-adjusting spring in the pressure plate is fully compressed when the part gets installed. Otherwise you can expect reduced clutch life.

During shipping the mechanism can slip like this (yellow spring is not fully compressed)

I understand how you have to compress these clutches to preset the self-adjusting pressure plate. I still DO NOT understand why the pressure plate needs to be compressed during the install process. I imagine NONE of these mechanics are doing either of these steps at the price points discussed in this thread.
