that's a bad idea. it won't gain significant horse power and your car will smell like a fuel. why would you bother?

You'll get some gains from the pro-cats but the TL-S has higher flowing cat's than the std TL so the gains will not be what is advertised. Unless they've spec'ed it for the type S (haven't looked into the cats for over a year now so I don't know).
