anybody remove litle buttefly on manifold ??

anybody remove litle buttefly on manifold ??
when i changeg my intake manifold gasket for P2R i saw the 2 little buttefly in manifold , anyone remove ???

yes i did but im turbocharged so im not sure how much worst or better with na
