Anybody have a silver (not polished) AEM CAI?

have any pics? I think the silver is a better match with the car but classically I have always bought polished engine upgrades. Just wanna know what it would look like.

God am I glad you posted this pic. It seems that your intake as well as mine does not mount flush with the engine. But I am confused because other pics I have seen on here show everything mounting up perfectly. Am I the only one that notices this? Would there be any kind of power loss from it?

Thank you so much. I appreciate your effort. It is different than I pictured it in my head, now I have a better idea what it looks like.

Sometimes it feels like not all the power is there? Do you think that we have "defective" intakes?

Not sure but I know that neither of ours match up like they should.

I had one...painted it black...looks great. As for the mounting, it mounts fine, provided you take the time to square it up.
