Roughly the same....maybe a bit less since I tromp on it more often 'cuz it sounds so sweet.

Point is, don't buy a CAI thinking it'll give you better mileage....fallacy.

Thanks for the feedback. I was just curious though on a technical level it should reduce mileage since there's more air hence the computer is fooled to inject more gas giving us that so called extra power. Just wanted to see real life actual observations from existing AEM v2 CAI owners with a 3rd gen TL. Thinking about getting the Seafoam and getting its innards cleaned up good. Will see. I already bought the CAI and is getting delivered today. Anyone else with feedback will be appreciated. Also, add anything that you've done that helped to increase MPG.

power gain is nill, but the growl is pleasing. i would actually bet gas mileage goes up a pinch since its less restricted but, no one ever knows cause they just floor it all the time post install. I've got damn near every bolt on out there and I can still get 33 mpg @ 75 mph on the highway. Fantastic engine.

seafoam = very good. do the oil and gas treatment. i've had my intake manifold off a dozen times and I'll tell you, Honda's build carbon fast. Same for my wife's Pilot - got so gunked up that the EGR clogged and caused warning lights.

SeaFoam gave me a better mileage increase than the v2, by far. Although I believe the v2 gave some, too.
I have no uber-technical explanation---It seems like the throttle is "lighter" with the intake. ihatecars calls it a "butt-dyno". Anyway, I feel like I don't have to press the gas pedal as far for the same result. That's the best way I can describe it.
