i dont want to seem like an ass but i was the second person to pay so im not sure how many you got out because I havent gotten any tracking number.
is it against the gb policy to get a refund so i can find it somewhere else?

Here's the update I have right now; this was an email I received from the warehouse that is shipping the product:
Today we received 11 pallets of AEM items, warehouse guys just informed me that we had 45 pieces of 24-6110C on order and a additional 24 PCS back ordered for you, AEM has back ordered them on our packing list... We called and asked them for a ETA, They are quoting 3-4 weeks for delivery because they are missing components, (I personally, knowing the history with them, would only quote a week or 2 by trend).
So basically the intakes we had on order for the GB will be delayed a bit. AEM is quoting 3-4 weeks but my rep thinks it will only be 1-2 weeks. All my other AEM Warehouse Distributors are out of stock also and waiting for their stock to be replenished so I apologize for the delay but we will get these orders as soon as possible. Thanks.

I installed mine last weekend and Im very happy with it, I have not dynoed it because I dont care that much but I would say its like 5 to 10 hp gain. Its really nice you cant hear the intake with the stock exhaust unless your on it. You can feel the diffrence at WOT it pulls harder and sounds kick ass. But it would be cool to see the numbers from the dyno. I say its worth it

Hey HONgDA I ordered mine on a friday and I got it on tuesday the following week which surprised me because I thought it was coming from Ct but I think it did come from CALI because I got it like in 2 business days

These weren't on back order. There were 20 in stock the day we started the GB. By the time everyone made their payments there were only 6 left. I'm not the only dealer selling these and I can't reserve units based on ppl putting their name on a list b/c generally half the people on the list never pay. So when the order was placed we sent out as many as possible. 45 more were already on order. We are waiting on that shipment. These aren't in stock at any of our warehouses.
That being said, if you would like a refund send me an email and I'll be happy to refund your money.

It's part of a GB that 20+ people took part of, we have to wait. I've wait 5yrs for a CAI, I can wait another couple of weeks. Maybe we got excited about the offer and we want to have it the next day. I hope that one of these days we can make a groupbuy for an XLR8 exhaust!

Orders were submitted in order of payment. The second person on the list doesn't necessarily mean you were the second person to pay. There's no claiming money. When you send a payment it goes into the account. If you would like a refund send me an email and I'll be happy to refund your money.

Just wanted to say. Cannot wait to get the V2, it is my first mod, hopefully first of many. Already watched the video a few times as I plan on doing the mod myself. Now since inhale will be better, thinking next step is to help her exhale better.

It's a 2006 TL 6MT stock.
Still need to scan in the sheets.

Yeah your right I did not do the group buy because I did not want to wait, I dont know what everyone was paying on the group buy but Im sure I paid like 30 to 40 bucks more
