AEM V2 Filter?

It is time to replace my AEM V2 filter that came with the CAI when i bought it but instead of replacing it with another AEM filter i kinda want to use K&N instead but i couldn't find any on K&N website. My question is there a K&N replacement air filter for AEM V2 CAI? Thank a lot

so i just take it off, clean and reuse it? But why would AEM have a replacement if it doesn't really need to be replace? JW

Look on thier site for the cleaning kit .. they have replacements like everything else .. in case you damage or wreck it.

I bought the cleaning kit at our local auto parts specialty store that sells AEM .

I just took it off, got a bucket with some liquid laundry detergent and water and washed it.

You have to wash it a certain way though, just look up youtube for the procedure. You're not supposed to let water in through the neck or the opening otherwise dirt could get behind the filter media.

AEM would sell the replacement because they may be damaged from things other than just dirt. Also, for people looking for an oil-less aftermarket filter. Oil-less doesnt mean indestructible.
