Definitely check out our website for some great options for your TL. There are some easy ways to squeaze out a few extra horsepower. I'd start with our V2 J-Pipe, and the AEM V2 Intake. Flashpro is definitely the next best upgrade in terms of performance. We have great pricing on it if you're interested. Feel free to send me a PM.
We have the J-Pipe available for $475 not including shipping.
XLR8 J-Pipe - Excelerate Performance - Japanese and European Performance Specialists!!
We also have the AEM Intake for $279 not including shipping.

You're in the entirely wrong car if you want off the line torque. It's front wheel drive and has an inherently weak powerband under ~4700 rpm. You want a sport sedan that shoves you back in the seat down low, buy a 335xi, add a Cobb or JB4, intake, DP's and a larger intercooler.
