I have the 24235 stage 3 setup in my 06' base and I love the tone from 3k to redline it sounds very sporty but not raspy whatsoever. It sounds imo what a performance exhaust package from Acura sound like. The 35 is naturally going to quiet the exhaust sound down more than the 15 because it is 8 inches longer than the 15. I love the way the 35 sounds at higher rpm but it also does a great job of shutting up the exhaust under 3k for highway driving. If you want more loud go for the 15, if you want less loud go for the 35.

I have the 24235 stage 3 set up as well. If I recall correctly, if you are doing the stage 3 mod, you should go with the the 24235; otherwise, you'll get rasp if you use the 24215 resonator with it. So, stage 3 = 24235, non-stage 3 = 24215. There is an old thread about it floating around the site somewhere.

Correction: If you are adding a j-pipe to the Stage 3 mod, then go with the 24235 to prevent rasp.

To confuse you more, I have the 24234, which is 12" long with 2.25" diameter. I am not planning on the J pipe, so I think this set up is perfect for me. No rasp or drone at all, and honestly not much louder than stock. I didn't believe everyone saying that the set up isn't loud, but it's true. The GF can't even tell a difference. My friend, who is a car guy, took 30 min of riding in my car before asking if I had an exhaust set up. I feel like if you went with the 24235, it would be too similar to stock and you would not be happy.

I did the 24215 and it barely changed the tone/volume. So I took off my rears and now it really growls and sounds good but the drone is killer. If the 24215 barely changed the sound, the other would probably do little to nothing
