Car looks great
Hey what compression ratio are you and how low would you dare go (we have pee water 91 with 10% ethanol) on our turbo build, our 8374 turbo is most efficent at about 20 PSI so we would like to go as high on the boost as possible ?

Id recommend keeping your setup, making a road trip to pick up 100 gallons of e85 and mixing for e30. It will last you quite awhile and allow you to troubleshoot your motor to make sure its only octane that is your current issue. E85's RON is about 110 effectively.
If you are still insistent on dropping youll want 8.5 CR for 91 octane and 20psi. Thats alotta boost for 91.

Andy, can you let me know if Hondata does a software fix for the M-Factory 3rd gear?
Did you fab the cover I saw for the tensioner brace? I need to figure out how to cover that hole as well.
Thanks!

Yes, I fabbed it out of sheet aluminum. AD Engineering said they would be including a cover in the future, but i'm not sure if that has happened yet (or when you purchased it).

I also can't stand vids showing my speedo with my 26 1/2" tall tires.
Gerzard, your car is badass man. Its came a long way.
What trans upgrades are you planing to do to handle 1000hp ?
Having 1000hp on tap is one thing, being able to use it is another.

Im waiting on a handcuff design to be finalized, and am currently running straight cut 3rd and 4th gears. We will see what breaks first. I've got 3 spare 6speed manual transmissions to put to use. Got them in a bulk sale, 0 miles new OEM.

Also, don't forget to use a check valve prior to the fuel rail supply "Y-block". This prevents the need to prime for several seconds before cold startup when fuel drain-back to the tank has occurred on returned based fuel systems over the course of a few hours (such as when the car has been left to sit overnight.)
Andy,
Few Questions:
Are you maintaining the tub around the fuel pump?
It was present for my Dyno's under 9psi @ 502whp on E85, but is deleted going forward and an inline filter will be used.
What are you using to hold the pump on the hanger?
Stainless Steel Tie Wraps
What are you using for hose clamps inside the tank?
The ones included with my Walbro pump kit. Also, if planning to run e85 at any point in the car's life, be sure to use 30R10 certified submersible fuel line (also included with the Walbro TIA-485 full kit, but FYI its also available at NAPA for $25 a foot. I only needed 6" to get from the pump to the top of the hanger assembly.)
Thanks!

Is the well in the tank where the pump sits deep enough to prevent starving the pump in hard cornering without the tub or will you not let the tank get too empty?
Would have never thought about the drain back with the return line but it makes perfect sense.

I don't trust the tank design with fuel sloshing, and thus i'm going to be using a Holley product that I mentioned in my "update" post above.

That's where it's at, a lot of cool cars and chill people. I try to make it out every weekend (usually lasts between 8am-11am), but recently I have been having AC trouble on my car.. thought I had everything I needed for the shop to repair, but turns out my compressor clutch is bad too (after they already tore everything down)... so now my car is sitting at the shop until parts arrive.
Sooo I probably won't make it out this weekend, but you should def check it out! I'm literally the only other Acura that comes out (aside from one time an NSX owner showed up). I'd really like to park next to a fellow Honda brother rather than being wedged in between STi's haha

On July 10th, I raised the boost to 15psi. The car put down numbers of 634whp/480wtq on the best run of the day. All other runs were consistently within around 10hp of the best run.
Here is a video clip of a random dyno pull at some point in the day:
