how do you see incidents / traffic flow / or construction sites on the nav unit? i know it has to do with a subscription to XM so i called them to verify that I have it. not sure what im doing wrong?

did some more searching here and found that my metro area cleveland/akron does not display traffic flow. only incidents. any idea how to get those to show?
