Hi all,

I let my 3 month trial expire from the dealer. Afterwards, I received a flier asking me to come back for 4.99 a month for 3 months. Well, I called XM and they set me up and asked me to sit with the car on for 20 mins on station 1, then change to 7 and then 47....something like that. Well, anyway, I tried it a couple of times and it never worked. I called them twice and finally logged a case, they said it was a known issue and they asked me to call back in a week. After waiting a week, I called them and they said they had contacted me prior to take my car to the dealership. I never received a call and I asked for a refund.


Out of curiosity, has anyone experience anything like this? Having to wait 20 minutes to sync with the satellite seems kind of ridiculous.
