XM radio - "factory default setting"

XM radio - "factory default setting"
I'm having a serious problem with XM radio on my 04 TL. Without all the drama, XM support says the only likely fix is to reset my radio to factory default. Can that be done from the radio front panel? If not, does anyone know which fuse I can pull to kill all power to the XM radio?
