Yesterday I found a charge for $16+ on my credit card from XM radio that I didn't authorize. Since I've been on a yearly discounted rate for the last 4 years I was pissed they charged my credit card. I called the 800 number to cancel and they offered me the same $77/yr. deal I had last year. Just to let you guys know they're still dealing rather than loose a customer.

I almost never can get what I need done with xm with a single phone call.
I got em to do the $77 rate last time - they promised to credit me the difference (had already charged full amt) - took more calls to make it happen.
so watch and make sure u get the credit

 

You realize there is a 10 page sticky on this subject?
