I asked a question regarding XM Radio a couple days ago about how the dealership didn't tell me how to install it and I didn't know whether it was installed or not, but then yesterday..i was bored in my car while waiting for my gf at LAX and pushed the XM button and voila...XM Radio....does this mean I just lost a month free without knowing it or can I call in and say...dude, i didn't know I had free XM, give me a month more for free...?

The sales should have told you that you got 3 months free.

 

if you have the TL with Navi, XM comes with the car for free (3 months only). give it a shot regarding getting the additional month but i highly doubt they will do it since the dealership activate XM once you picked up your car.

 

All 3rd Gen TL's come with a free 3 month trial of XM...not just those with Navi...

 

Funny, mine was not active and I had to call XM to get it activated. I was already an XM subscriber so XM transferred the subscription and gave me the three months free as well.

I can't imagine convincing them that you didn't know you had it, though.

 

I doubt you will get it free too. Although if you get the right person on the phone there and plead real hard......
