XM Navigation Traffic Flows now on in Kansas City (and other secondary cities).

Guy, I'm very happy to let you know that XM turn on highway traffic flows in 20 to 25 second level cities, including Kansas City. We were just turned on this morning, but a lot of other cities were turned on a few weeks ago.

I've been waiting for this for over 2 years. It's about damn time they got this going!

Sorry for the slight bump, but is there a list of the cities now included? Indianapolis?

Just recently renewed my XM Everything package for a year. Woo.

I've been wanting to try this on my nav system... Also, i kno there is a renewal deal but what about NON renewal deals. I tried to get mine hooked up using the procedure but they refuse to give me the deal since im a new customer. Plus they want activation etc.

Anyhow here is a list of the current traffic areas:

Cj, I'm not sure, but call Sirius/XM-they'll be able to tell you.

Mjakaz-there is a HUGE thread about Renewing XM/Sirius for $77/year in this Audio Section of Acurazine-it's at the top of this page. Read through it-I just renewed for a 3rd time at the $77 rate...the Nav Traffic is an extra $3.99 per month. And you've got to have a music subscription to get the Nav Traffic.
