Wire Schematic Question
I'm looking to swap the keyless entry receiver unit from the 3rd gen tl into a 2nd gen tl. Does anyone have a schematic for this unit or know if the wires are plug and play? After all they perform the same function of lock, unlock, pop trunk, panic etc. and I'm thinking it's a simple pull wires from old unit, put into new unit. job done.
why? well it costs 48 for the 3rd gen receiver unit and there's a slim chance the switchblade wireless fob might not work on the second gens..
