Where to put the 3.SIXTY remote? Please help
Hello, I have read through a ton of systems (how I got started in the first place) and decided to tweak my setup just a bit with a 3.SIXTY.1. While I see many references to people having the 3.SIXTY installed now, I have only seen one picture of the remote location... and I am not interested in giving up my cup holder. Can people please tell me where they put theres and the pros/cons of that location?? Thanks a bunch! BTW, anyone else considering a 3.SIXTY, check out crutchfield. They have reconditioned ones for $199 shipped. Thanks in advance for your help.
Current setup:
NE-774V (4Channel LOC) ---| Replace with 3.SIXTY.1
NE-7V (2Channel LOC) ---|
Front channels JL 300/2
Rear channels to 2 channels (100x2) of a JL 500/5
Center channel input bridged 3rd&4th channel (25x2) of the JL 500/5
Sub to Sub channel (250x1) of 500/5
The JL 300/2 powers two 6.5 Focal components for front channels.
The JL 500/5 sends rear channel info to two Focal 6.5 coaxials.
The JL 500/5 sends center channel Focal 4" coaxial in dash.
The JL 500/5 powers a JL Audio 10W3v3 in the trunk.

I have the 3sixty.1 too, and believe it or not, I didn't even hook up the remote. I have subwoofer control from the stock head unit on the navi screen so I didn't see the need for additional bass control... am I the only one?

I've had it there for at least 4 months now... no downside... yes, I would put it in the same place because it's out of the way and it doesn't bother me one bit...
jptl04 & zax... you guys are both right... I barely tweak the system with the control... I usually do it with the factory HU, but barely... it's like an infomercial... "you set it and forget it"... lol

when I install, I will either take the remote apart and drill out one of the spacers in the dash if the knob can fit or just mount it inside the center console (might need to drill hole for wire)
