The T630 is T-Mobile's phone, and the T637 is Cingular's (and AT&T's). The difference is the lower frequency band that the GSM radio uses. The T630's is 900mhz while the T637's is 850mhz. They both also use the 1800 and 1900mhz frequencies, so either phone will work on either network (assuming the phone is unlocked if necessary). Some people will recommend getting an unlocked 850mhz phone even if you have T-Mobile in the US because it has better wall penetration than 900mhz, and if you're roaming off of another network's tower, it may be handy. I'm not sure that it makes such a difference though.
The V710 isn't a GSM phone, so you can't really compare them. I own a T610 that I use with my TL and I really like the phone. I've played with a T637 and I'd probably like it just the same. I have also played with a V710 and it just seems like a large, heavy phone with some bluetooth issues.
