Ermm...maybe I will clarify then.

Under $200?

I know the Cobra, PNI, and Whistler are pretty good for under 200 but I'm just wondering what people use/prefer.

Whew, glad you indicated a price range. I was getting ready to say V1 for the 127th time.

I use Escort Solo S2, it is rated one of the best and best of all is wireless. No wires to mess with. I place it on the left side of my mirror. It is perfect. Works like a champ!

The price is around $300, but well worth it! Also it has all kind of feature, like if you forget to turn it off ( since it rns on batteries), it will go to sleep in 20 min if your car does not move.

Good luck.

Well as EmuMessenger said for the 127 time and I'll agree fully for the 128 time ,spend the money (once)and get the V-1. MR. Valintine is the man. It's saved my bacon many times.

I don't bother with them. Don't speed and don't have to worry about it.

Valentine 1 for $399. I know your price range, but you also asked for what I recommend. Regardless of price range, this is it.
