What is the best IPOD integration currently available??

Hey everyone. I have been looking through the threads wondering which IPOD integration device works the best...I saw the Blitzsafe one and just saw this one, http://www.mp3yourcar.com/default.asp. Tell ya the truth Im not sure which one is the best. Can anyone give me an idea of which one is the best. I would like to be able to control the IPOD from the steering wheel. Not sure if there is one that you can control from the navi....

Any help would be appreciated.
