Hopefully another deal will popup by then. I am not as excited either for $10/month, but $5 I just had to have my comedy channels back.

I see the following when I log onto my on line account under my radio ID:
OEM XM Trial Service
ZWINBACK MYP1
XM O and A Premium PreOrder 3 Month MYP
My trial ends 10/26. My 1 year at $60 begins on 10/26 and ends 10/26/05. That will be billed a one time charge on my CC. Still waiting for that charge to show up. Only ordered it yesterday so I will check tomorrow.
The O&A is to be billed at $1.99 quarterly. So, since I ordered before September 30, I get October free. I suppose in November I will see a charge on my CC for $5.97 (3 months at $1.99 per month).
Do you guys have the same codes???

I called and spoke with a girl that kept saying that the promotion was for first time customers only. I asked for her manager and he said the same. I never raised my voice or acted rude, he said he'd call me right back within the hour to give me a final answer. He never did. I just called back later and spoke with a different girl and said that I had spoken with a manager earlier who never called me back. Without hesitation she knew of the promotion and said that she would credit me with the money that was left from my prepaid 2 year subscription ($159 !!!) and just needed a credit card to bill me the $60 for the new subscription.
So I have check coming in the mail within 72 hours for the $159 and I just added $60 worth of points to my credit card in the process. :blaze:

It took some agruing on my part. But, I just asked to speak with someone else and the girl came back on the phone and said okay we can go ahead and process your order for the $60.00. If you stick to your guns I think they are letting people have it.

I just called back and got the promotion with no problem! I had just mailed in a check for $29.97 for the next three months so they pro-rated the amount and just charges me the difference. For anyone having a problem, just keep trying, it's so worth it!!

I called XM last night and got the story that... "It was only for people who had canceled accounts and since your in a trial period you can't take up the offer." She said they just got a memo telling them this information. I complained a bit and told them why can't I just cancel my trial and start it up. She insisted said she could not do it.
So, I called today. And no problem. Looked up my account by phone number. The guy I talked to said " Sir, your trial period ends in November, would you like to start the year then?". Of course I said "yes, that would be great!". He then proceeded to set me up and added my email address information to my account so I would get confirmation of my order.
You guys have till the end of today to keep calling until someone helps you. Good luck.

This is bull crap. They still won't give it to me. The lady I spoke with told me that the offer was to get back some of the customers that let their radio expire? What a bunch of crap. I think I'll just let mine expire then. Not interested in paying $120

I think you got the same lady I had. Thats what she said too. I'd just go down the list. Write their name down when you call. If you hear them say hi this is "Jane" and you already talk to her just hang up and call again until you get someone that know what they are doing.
